Community Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support the daily operations of a busy multi-provider family medicine practice. Reporting to the Senior Practice Manager, you will help ensure smooth clinic workflows, coordinate staff needs, and enhance patient experience.

You will partner with providers and administrative staff to implement efficient processes, monitor performance, and uphold high standards of patient-centered care within Lifepoint Health’s mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare, clinic, or medical office setting.
• Previous lead, supervisor, coordinator, or clinic support experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Identify and help resolve operational issues affecting patients, providers, or staff.
• Support implementation of clinic workflows and operational initiatives.
• Monitor clinic operations and report improvement opportunities to the Senior Practice Manager.
• Maintain a safe, organized, patient-centered environment.
• Coordinate staff schedules and coverage planning.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to staff on clinic workflows and processes.
• Assist with staff training and ongoing education related to clinic procedures.
• Partner with the Senior Practice Manager to address operational concerns and workflow challenges.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Work with providers to support efficient clinic operations and patient access.
• Identify opportunities to reduce administrative burdens for providers.
• Serve as a liaison with HR, Billing, IT, Lab, and Imaging.
