Actalent is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily operations across multiple Greater Los Angeles area locations. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, optimize patient access and scheduling, and drive measurable improvements in patient care and clinic performance.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare leadership experience, strong workflow optimization skills, and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare leadership or clinic management role.
• Experience managing and developing staff.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient workflows.
• Ability to balance administrative responsibilities with day-to-day operational support.
