Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience and strong team-building skills.
• Working knowledge of medical insurance plans and coverage.
• Proficient with Epic CareConnect for scheduling, registrations, labs and reports.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Maintain Charge Worklist in CareConnect and perform reconciliation.
• Ability to triage patient issues and assign based on guidelines.
• Strong communication with patients, physicians and staff in a high-volume environment.
• Capable of handling interruptions and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Typing ability to prepare forms and correspondence with speed and accuracy.
• Work effectively as a team member to support patient care.
