Job summary

Paychex is seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional to support multiple Paychex products in a fast-paced environment. You will work independently to maintain strong client relationships, resolve claims, and educate clients on Paychex solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and about 2 years of health & benefits experience, with licensing required in all 50 states within 90 days of start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of health & benefits experience preferred.
• Eligibility for applicable insurance licensing in all 50 states; licensing within 90 days of start; Paychex Insurance Agency covers two attempts.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver advanced service.
• Consults with clients to identify opportunities to enhance the service experience.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of multiple Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identifies and implements opportunities for process improvements at large scale.
• Demonstrates advanced skill with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
