Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of health & benefits experience preferred.
• Relevant insurance license required; license within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service for multiple Paychex products and maintains good client relations.
• Educes clients proactively and initiates improvements from feedback.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identifies opportunities for large-scale process improvements.
• Demonstrates advanced skills with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, ORS.
• May lead teams or projects and mentor less experienced teammates.
• Documents interactions to improve service quality.
