Job summary

The role prefers a Bachelor's degree, 2 years in health and benefits, and eligibility for state insurance licensing within 90 days of start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of health & benefits experience preferred.
• Must be eligible for applicable insurance licensing in all 50 states; license within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver advanced quality service.
• Consults with clients to identify opportunities to enhance the service experience.
• Maintains advanced knowledge of Paychex products and industry practices.
• Identifies and implements opportunities for large-scale process improvements.
• Demonstrates advanced skill with HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
• May represent the team on projects and initiatives.
• Mentors less experienced teammates.
• Documents interactions to improve service.
