Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Client Service Manager to lead the Commercial team in delivering exceptional service and innovative insurance solutions. You will work with senior leaders, clients, and colleagues to build relationships, solve complex challenges, and add value through strategic guidance.

You will mentor staff, oversee audits, manage data accuracy, and leverage Gallagher technology to drive productivity while balancing multiple priorities and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal process and strategy for complex accounts.
• Identify gaps in coverage and drive additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance to the team on risk management needs.
• Mentor team members with feedback and development.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards.
• Oversee accuracy of client and policy data in Gallagher systems.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to improve productivity and processes.
• Manage multiple priorities to meet client expectations.
