Qualifications

• Preferred: Insurance license.
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle client service work for assigned accounts across marketing, claims, renewal, and day-to-day service needs.
• Respond to client questions, research complex issues, and liaise with carriers or agents to find answers.
• Maintain clear notes on client conversations and help prepare renewals, client presentations, and new business materials.
• Support enrollment meetings and implementation steps, and keep clients informed of important legal updates affect coverage.
• Stay calm, organized, and detail-focused while building trusted relationships with clients and teammates.
