Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., seeks a Branch Client Service Manager II to manage a group of accounts with focus on retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

You will lead renewal discussions, deliver high-quality solutions with the Production team, and build lasting relationships with buyers and client representatives. Required: a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in client service or claims management or 8+ years with high school/GED, plus a Producer's License

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience - OR - High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients.
• In partnership with the Production team, lead the renewal process and deliver the best solution in a timely manner.
• Solidify relationships with buyers and day-to-day client representatives.
• Secure existing business and drive opportunities for additional services and lines of coverage.
• Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and attainment of revenue targets.
