Gallagher Benefit Services, a part of Gallagher, is seeking a Client Associate to support account teams in delivering exceptional service to clients. You will learn the business hands-on, assist with renewal processes, and help prepare client materials.

Required: High School diploma with 1 year of applicable experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math. Preferred: Associate's degree or professional certification; experience managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
• Associate's degree or professional certification preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams to deliver exceptional client service and renewals.
• Assist with preparation of RFPs, vendor responses, and client presentations.
• Participate in open enrollment meetings and respond to client inquiries via email.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
• Complete Gallagher Employee Benefits curriculum and learn from the team.
