Job summary

Heartbeat Health is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships, drive adoption, and guide customers from launch to measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with Product, Operations, Clinical, and Engineering to translate goals into scalable solutions and influence process improvements.

As a senior member of Client Success, you’ll model excellence, mentor peers, and partner with the VP/SVP on renewals and expansions while maintaining a strong focus on client

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Client Success or related client-facing function
• Proven success managing complex client relationships and driving adoption, outcomes, and retention
• Leadership presence with influence without authority; mentoring/coaching peers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication across all levels
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving and process design skills
• Collaborative partner to strategic account leadership and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree a plus
• Sense of humor and collaborative spirit; travel up to 20% (1–3 trips per quarter)

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day lead and trusted advisor for clients, handling questions, workflow support, and escalations
• Drive adoption and activation, helping clients maximize Heartbeat’s offerings
• Build buy-in with client stakeholders and surface risks and opportunities early
• Lead client business reviews, performance discussions, and success planning to meet goals
• Partner with VP/SVP on renewal readiness, expansion identification, executive narratives, and issue resolution
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to identify workflow improvements
• Gather client/product feedback to inform internal roadmaps and initiatives
• Design and implement processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and retention
• Mentor teammates and onboard new colleagues to raise team standards
• Contribute to departmental goals, planning, and capacity discussions for growth
