Job summary

Heartbeat Health is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to own day-to-day client relationships, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes. You will work with Product, Operations, Clinical, and Engineering to translate client goals into scalable solutions while collaborating with the VP/SVP on renewals and expansions.

You will be a senior contributor, guiding initiatives, surfacing risks, and leading performance discussions to optimize client value and retention in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
• Experience managing complex client relationships and driving adoption, outcomes & retention
• Leadership presence with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence at all levels
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving and process design skills
• Collaborative partner to cross-functional teams and strategic account leadership
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead and trusted advisor for your clients, handling questions, workflow support, and escalations
• Drive adoption and activation to maximize client value from Heartbeat’s offerings
• Build buy-in with client stakeholders and surface risks and opportunities early
• Lead client reviews, performance discussions, and success planning to meet goals
• Collaborate with VP/SVP on renewal readiness, expansions, and executive narratives
• Track KPIs to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and better experiences
• Synthesize client/product feedback to inform internal roadmaps and initiatives
• Design processes that increase efficiency, scalability, and retention
• Mentor teammates, share best practices, and onboard new colleagues
• Support capacity planning to enable company growth
