Job summary

Hello Heart is an AI company focused on heart health, serving Fortune 500 employers and large health plans. We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead high-impact enterprise accounts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will own end-to-end client lifecycle, drive renewals and expansions, and collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with customer needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise customer success and/or account management experience with Fortune 500 employer clients.
• Demonstrated fluency using AI tools and agents to execute workflows, analyze information, and improve productivity.
• Travel up to 40% to support client engagement and executive relationship building.
