Heartbeat Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to drive day-to-day client health, adoption, and value realization. You will partner with a VP/SVP of Strategic Accounts to guide clients from launch to measurable outcomes, working with Product, Operations, Clinical, and Engineering to turn goals into scalable solutions.

Senior-level performance and mentoring across the team are expected. In this role you will influence without formal authority, manage executive relationships,

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management or related client-facing role.
• Proven success managing complex client relationships and driving adoption, outcomes, and retention.
• Leadership presence and ability to influence without formal authority; mentoring is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, across levels.
• Highly organized with multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset and process design skills.
• Collaborative partner who works well with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 20% (1–3 trips per quarter).

Responsabilités

• Serve as day-to-day lead and trusted advisor for clients with ownership and follow-through.
• Drive adoption and activation to maximize client value from Heartbeat offerings.
• Build buy-in with client stakeholders and surface risks and opportunities early.
• Lead business reviews, performance discussions, and success planning to meet goals.
• Collaborate with VP/SVP on renewal readiness and expansion opportunities.
• Track and analyze key metrics to identify workflow improvements.
• Gather client and product feedback to inform internal roadmaps.
• Design and implement processes to increase efficiency and retention.
• Act as a leader within Client Success and help onboard new colleagues.
• Contribute to department goals, planning, and capacity discussions.
