Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager - Consumer Lending Client Success to own post-sale client success for consumer lending relationships, focusing on adoption, operational stability, and renewal health in a remote US-based role.

You will partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and commercial teams to protect revenue, ensure contract compliance, identify growth opportunities, and communicate product changes clearly in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 3+ years managing post-sale client relationships in B2B software, analytics, or data licensing.
• Strong understanding of commercial agreements and revenue drivers.
• Ability to analyze usage and revenue data for risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day post-sale relationships with clients and partners.
• Drive adoption and operational stability across score solutions.
• Identify risks to renewal and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Review application activities to identify changes impacting revenue.
• Explain and reinforce contract terms to ensure compliant usage.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate on solution design.
• Communicate new product features and enhancements to clients.
