Ladders is seeking a SVP, Client Success to lead the post-sale journey across a multi-product environment. This senior role will align account management, operations, and client success into a cohesive function delivering strong retention, expansion, and satisfaction.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to build disciplined processes, clear ownership, and actionable insights that inform broader business decisions. The role is remote in the US.

Qualifikationen

• 8–12 years in client-facing operations with leadership experience.
• Experience managing teams with $25M+ annual revenue.
• Ability to build scalable processes in growing org.
• Data-driven forecasting and service level rigor.
• Fluency in AI applications in client-facing teams.
• Strong relationships with senior clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in multi-product environments serving brands/agencies.
