Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to shape the customer marketing function and elevate customer stories, references, and advocacy to support broader go-to-market goals. You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to turn customer insight into compelling narratives and measurable programs.

This role will build scalable campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and expansion across the customer base, and is remote for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3+ years in customer marketing or advocacy
• Exceptional writing and interviewing skills for crafting compelling customer narratives
• Proven track record in establishing or scaling customer marketing programs and processes
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Success
• Ability to define KPIs and evaluate campaign performance effectively

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow the customer marketing function by assessing current activities and defining priorities
• Own the customer storytelling program, sourcing and drafting impactful case studies and testimonials
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to identify and prioritize customer success stories
• Build and maintain a scalable customer reference program to match advocates with sales opportunities
• Develop targeted engagement and expansion campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage the customer marketing communications calendar, including newsletters and events
• Utilize customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies and measure success
