You will review client data, track requests and carrier performance, conduct monthly reviews, and identify opportunities to expand services and reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in logistics, business or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of direct industry experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, manage client relationships, and present findings.

Responsabilités

• Review client data for trends, savings opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Monitor open requests, track progress, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly client reviews and demonstrate available tools.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cost reductions.
