Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. External industry experience 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze client data weekly for trends and cost savings opportunities.
• Review open client requests and ensure progress toward closure and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to improve processes and client outcomes.
• Conduct monthly client reviews and communicate value of TI tools and services.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth for clients.
