Job summary

Transportation Insight LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager to provide tactical and operational support for a client book, ensuring delivery per commercial agreements. The role focuses on client retention and strategic support for Account Managers.

The ideal candidate will own client KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help identify upsell opportunities while supporting cost and efficiency improvements for transportation programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in the Transportation industry.
Strong technical skills with Microsoft suite, especially Excel; experience with Transportation Management Systems, optimization engines, Salesforce.com and reporting/BI tools.
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support cross-functional communication to meet client-specific operational milestones.
Collaborate with Account Managers to build and deepen client relationships.
Identify upsell opportunities within client scopes.
Own delivery of client metrics and KPIs for assigned accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams to capture the voice of the client and drive improvements.
