Job summary

ReturnPro is seeking a Senior Transportation Business Analyst to translate complex freight, operational, and commercial data into actionable insights and recommendations. The role focuses on cost leakage, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities across parcel, freight, inbound logistics, and network strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of analytics in transportation or supply chain
Advanced Excel and BI tools experience
Ability to perform root-cause analysis and translate data into insights

Responsibilities

Analyze parcel, LTL, FTL, and intermodal data to identify cost drivers and performance issues
Surface issues related to cost per unit,DIM impacts, accessorial charges, claims, and lane degradation
Monitor transportation KPIs and explain variances with root-cause analysis
Connect data across TMS, parcel data, WMS, finance, and operations
Bridge freight data with operational performance and commercial decisions
Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales and Technology to ensure consistent data interpretation
Provide insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
