Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC seeks a Senior Client Services Advisor to provide analytical support for internal teams and external clients. You will help manage client relationships from both perspectives and identify opportunities to save costs while maintaining service quality.

The role requires handling data, presenting insights, and guiding clients through tools and services. A BS/BA in logistics or business and 0-3 years of direct industry experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in logistics, business or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Direct industry experience of 0-3 years.
• Strong analytical and relationship-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review client data for trends and opportunities for freight cost savings and efficiencies.
• Review open client requests, check status and ensure progress toward closure and satisfaction.
• Conduct monthly client reviews of tools and services used and propose newer tools the client may not utilize.
• Engage clients on new services and cost savings opportunities through cost analysis where applicable.
• Review opportunities to move clients to more cost-attractive solutions while maintaining or improving service.
