Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a phone-based call center or high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Realtor.com in a professional manner across inbound/outbound calls, email, and text.
• Make 300+ outbound/inbound warm dials daily to identify client needs and provide white-glove service.
• Conduct thorough discovery to determine consumer goals, budget, timeline, financing, and preferences.
