Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking an entry-level Retention Account Specialist in Scottsdale to engage with real estate agents and brokers, reinforcing value and resolving retention challenges. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, re-emphasize our advertising solutions, and coordinate with sales and management teams to protect relationships.

You will learn to manage disputes, extensions, discounts, and escalations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years related experience.
• 3-5 years professional experience.
• Familiarity with advertising products and services required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle account retention on assigned realtor.com accounts.
• Take inbound and make outbound calls to agents daily.
• Re-build value in Realtor.com solutions for cancel requests.
• Maintain consistent communication and timely resolution for agents.
• Resolve retention issues on agent and broker accounts.
• Meet or exceed retention goals.
• Meet or exceed a minimum outbound call requirement.
