Realtor.com in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a RDC+ Customer Care Representative to be the frontline contact for agents and MLS partners. You will handle email, phone, and chat inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to deliver high‑quality experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service in a call center, excellent communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of Realtor.com products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of Realtor.com products.
• Ability to manage fluctuating workload and stay organized.
• Strong research and technical skills; comfortable with troubleshooting.
• Experience with Chrome and Firefox.
• Capable of working full-time shift Mon-Fri 6am–6pm with weekend availability; 4 days in office per week.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries regarding technical issues, product questions, and general inquiries.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
• Provide one-touch resolution via inbound phone and chat.
• Escalate issues with clear reproduction steps and account details when needed.
• Log and surface recurring feedback and pain points.
• Meet or exceed productivity and service quality goals.
