Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming customer inquiries regarding technical issues, product/service questions and general customer inquiries.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with customers.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes.
• Handle inquiries via inbound phone and chat with one-touch resolution.
• Identify and escalate technical issues with clear reproduction steps and details.
• Log and surface recurring feedback and pain points through appropriate channels.
