Realtor.com in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Senior Client Success Concierge to drive premium, white-glove service for high-value customers. This hybrid role blends customer service with sales effectiveness to guide buyers and sellers through early stages of their home journey.

You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, representing Realtor.com with professionalism and empathy, and collaborating across teams to close opportunities while ensuring exceptional consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a phone-based call center or equivalent high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, insurance, or SaaS onboarding is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication with conflict resolution and empathy.
• Proven resilience in high-volume environments; view rejection as a puzzle to solve.
• Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems including CRM and scripting tools.
• Service-oriented mindset with a consumer-obsessed approach.

Responsibilities

• Represent Realtor.com® professionally across inbound and outbound communication channels.
• Make 300+ outbound and inbound dials daily to identify client needs and respond with white-glove service.
• Conduct thorough discovery to determine consumer goals, budget, timeline, financing, and preferences.
• Collaborate with team and work independently to move opportunities forward.
• Determine client needs through effective problem-solving, listening, and questioning skills.
• Schedule shifts with some late-evening or weekend hours; read/speak English fluently.
