Job summary

Transportation Insight is seeking a Senior Client Services Advisor to provide business analytical support for internal teams and external clients, and to help manage client relationships from both sides. You will review client data for trends, support monthly reviews, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve service, while aligning with carrier performance and client satisfaction.

Detail oriented and analytical with strong work ethic.
Ability to manage client relationships empathetically while achieving performance.
Understanding of transportation and ability to interpret financial reports.
Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and presentation tools.
Experience analyzing client data for cost savings and efficiency opportunities.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze client data for trends and cost savings opportunities.
Review open client requests, monitor status and ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct monthly client reviews and demonstrate available tools and newer tools to clients.
Engage client on new services and potential cost savings via analysis.
Identify opportunities to move clients to more cost-effective solutions without reducing service.
