Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 4–6 years in transportation, logistics, client services, or related industry.
• Experience in senior or people-lead roles with coaching responsibility.
• Track record of managing client portfolios with retention and financial outcomes.
• Experience in queue-based or ticketing/workflow environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Client Services team with clear direction and accountability.
• Own overall health, retention, and performance of the client portfolio per agreements.
• Coordinate renewals, pricing discussions, upsell opportunities, and risk management.
• Standardize reporting, metrics, and client communications across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify gaps, and implement scalable service delivery.
