Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Client Service professional for IC3Works to resolve complex day-to-day client issues and direct them to the appropriate resources. You will provide information on BNY Mellon products and services to a specialized client base and use advanced problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, collaboration across teams, and ongoing efforts to improve the client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
• Applies advanced problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information and deliver high quality service.
• Provides information related to BNY Mellon products and services to a specialized client base.
• Leads internal activities and initiatives to improve the client experience and develops process improvements.
