Job summary

BNY is seeking a Specialist, Client Service to join our Wealth Management team in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia. You will work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them to the right resources within BNY.

You will address operational and technical questions, ensure timely execution of requests, and apply problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base. 0–3 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with external clients to resolve day-to-day issues and guide them to the appropriate resources within BNY.
• Support clients by addressing operational and technical questions or issues, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests.
• Apply problem-solving skills using precedence and experience to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Provide clients with information about BNY products and services across a limited number of lines of business and geographies, directing them to the right resources as needed.
• Monitor client inquiries and elevate non-routine or complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Track and document general client issues and needs to support business development efforts.
