Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Client Service IC2 to support external clients, resolve moderately complex issues, and guide them to the right resources. The role emphasizes quality service, effective communication, and escalation as needed.

You may contribute to process improvements and mentorship within some geographies. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years of total work experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve moderately complex day-to-day issues for external clients.
• Direct clients to appropriate resources and ensure requests are executed.
• Escalate complex issues and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Contribute to business development efforts and process improvements.
