Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise across a broad product set.
• Ability to apply deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a domain.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
• Ability to define, document and communicate product requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail with strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of delivering successful client solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation for informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leads configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions with Technology to fit complex client use cases.
• Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engages with technical client teams to deliver presentations and demonstrations of product capabilities.
• Identifies development requirements for product design enhancements from client feedback.
• Collaborates with product owners to define requirements and blueprints to drive scale and client engagement.
• Documents interoperability and client journey test cases, and supports testing with client use cases and architectures.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams to promote product readiness and interoperability.
• Evaluates and recommends product design enhancements for scale and marketability.
• Contributes to product documentation, tutorials and knowledge-based articles for self-service.
• Tracks client usage to ensure results and stays updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams to guide implementation and provide technical guidance.
