Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager to lead solution configurations for complex client needs in the Merchant Services team.

You will partner with Sales and technology teams to deliver demonstrations, define requirements, and drive product interoperability to improve client adoption and profitability. The role emphasizes client-focused solution design and hands-on collaboration with engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad set of products.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience interfacing with engineers while working with clients in a technology field.
• Strong ability to define, document and communicate product business requirements.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail with strategic thinking.
• Proven track record of delivering successful client solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the configuration and modification of products and solutions for complex client use cases in partnership with Technology.
• Supports Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline and account planning.
• Engages with client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities.
• Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback.
• Collaborates with product owners to define product requirements and ensure the voice of the client is captured.
• Documents client journey, interoperability, and blueprints to drive scale and improve UX.
• Promotes product readiness with cross-functional teams including risk, operations and relationship teams.
• Evaluates design for scalability and marketability of the product.
• Contributes to product documentation, tutorials and knowledge-based articles for self-service.
• Tracks client usage and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
• Acts as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful implementation.
