Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Client Solutions Architect Manager in Merchant Services to lead the technical adoption of complex payment solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Technology, and client teams to tailor product capabilities, deliver demonstrations, and articulate value across the deal cycle.

You will mentor presales engineers, craft integration guides, and ensure successful execution of API, gateway, and settlement workflows for diverse clients in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across a broad set of payments products.
• Deep technical understanding applied to solution configurations.
• Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers.
• Knowledge of merchant acquiring business models, payment processing, networks, and settlement.
• Security standards: PCI DSS, tokenization, encryption, and compliance.
• Experience leading technical workshops, product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT/Engineering/Math.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and modification of products to fit complex client use cases.
• Support Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engage with client teams to deliver presentations and demonstrations.
• Define development requirements for product design enhancements.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.
• Conduct product demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Provide technical guidance on integration and customization of payment products.
• Create and maintain technical docs, integration guides, and solution architectures.
• Mentor junior presales engineers and share best practices.
