Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate within Trade & Working Capital to support the PSD team in architecting complex client solutions. You will translate client needs into scalable, technical designs and partner with product, origination, and technology to deliver value.

You'll lead implementation meetings, manage end-to-end setup and post-close activities, and produce metrics while upholding risk controls and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cross-product experience across a broad set of related products.
• Strong technical knowledge of the product cluster and sales cycle exposure.
• Experience working with technology clients and engineers.
• Proven ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
• Experience supporting technical design of products or applications.
• Demonstrated leadership in global, multi-location teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage deal velocity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Advanced Excel skills: macros, pivots, graphs, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage setup, implementation, and post-close management of Trade and Working Capital transactions.
• Collaborate with Product and Origination teams on structures.
• Lead client implementation meetings and gather requirements.
• Ensure SOP-compliant booking system setup and post-close admin.
• Produce metrics for external/internal reporting.
• Maintain transactional controls to minimize operational risk.
• Ensure seamless client engagement and risk management.
• Configure and modify existing products with Technology partners.
• Develop training and collateral to support Sales.
• Analyze client/market data to support Solutions team.
• Engage with client-side tech to field product queries.
