Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Director Product Solutions Manager to collaborate with Sales and define client-specific treasury and payments solutions in Commercial Banking Client Solutions.

You will act as the voice of the customer, shaping product roadmaps, and configuring complex Payables and digital-channel solutions, including APIs and modern integration technologies, to meet client needs and drive revenue.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of treasury, cash management or technical product management roles.
• Strong payments industry knowledge across wholesale payments and core payables.
• Experience with ERP/Finance, TMS, and SAP/Oracle ERP variants.
• Executive level presentation skills for C-level audiences.
• Ability to translate client needs into business value through solutions.
• Capacity to drive new business with coverage teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead solutioning and configuration of client-facing products to meet client needs.
• Serve as SME on defined products and industry trends.
• Support Sales in pricing, pipeline and training materials.
• Engage with client teams to understand pain points and provide feedback to Product teams.
• Act as SME across core payables and digital channels including API, host-host, SWIFT and mobile.
• Enable sales partners and drive engagement with clients on complex opportunities.
• Support integration, client advisory, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, pricing, and training.
