Job summary

City National Bank in Commerce, CA is seeking a Client Officer Senior to supervise and support branch operations, client service and internal sales. You will ensure regulatory procedures are followed, manage colleague schedules, and help train the internal sales/service team while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

You will work closely with the Client Manager, promote cross-selling, develop staff, and uphold risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a banking environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in branch operations.
• Must be in good standing under the Safe Act and registered/licensed or able to be registered

Responsibilities

• Uphold branch operational integrity and cash handling responsibilities.
• Coach and motivate sales/service colleagues; manage daily activities.
• Promote cross-selling and partner with bank divisions to meet branch goals.
• Provide development and feedback to staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle new accounts processes including profiling clients and cross-sell opportunities.
