Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum five years in financial services or banking, or fintech experience.
- Minimum 2 years in commercial card with platform or product experience.
- Minimum 1 year in client management or similar.
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or client-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Support card program inquiries from clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Perform account maintenance with SLA accuracy.
- Assist with client training on product integration projects.
- Resolve client escalations by root-cause analysis.
- Provide guidance to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Facilitate portal training and customization needs.
- Ensure safe handling and security of client data.
