Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in financial services or banking, or fintech experience.
• Two+ years in commercial card with platform or product experience.
• One+ year in client relationship management or similar.
• Two+ years in customer service or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Support card program inquiries from clients, internal teams, and vendors.
• Perform account maintenance with accuracy and SLA targets.
• Assist with multiple product integration projects, possibly training.
• Resolve client escalations, identify root causes, report issues to management.
• Provide guidance to improve processes and efficiency to leadership.
• Coordinate portal training and customization needs.
• Safeguard and securely handle sensitive client data.
