Qualifications

• Five or more years in financial services, banking, or fintech experience.
• At least 2 years in commercial card with platform or product experience.
• At least 1 year of client management or relationship experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service or customer-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex servicing needs of commercial card program clients.
• Coordinate with clients, internal partners and vendors for a best-in-class service experience.
• Perform account maintenance with attention to SLA targets.
• Assist with product integration projects and client training where needed.
• Resolve client escalations by identifying root causes and reporting issues to avoid recurrences.
• Provide guidance to leadership to improve processes and efficiencies.
• Conduct website portal training and customization discussions.
• Ensure safe handling and security of sensitive client data.
