Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Sr. Client Services Consultant to manage the largest Specialty Market client relationships, delivering exceptional service and driving long-term retention.

You will coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to tailor solutions and improve service delivery. There is a focus on leveraging AI-enabled tools for analysis, communication drafting, and workflow efficiency, while maintaining compliance and data integrity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of group products, services, and systems.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience (PEO preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, MS Project, MS 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client service for Jumbo PEO relationships.
• Lead initiatives, account reviews, audits, and client-facing presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, sales, underwriting, billing, and operations.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to summarize history, draft communications, and analyze trends.
• Maintain accurate client data and protect confidential information.
