Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate with clients effectively across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services; suggest solutions based on client needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests and credit applications.
• Promote digital products and self-service technologies to clients and guide them in usage.
