Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five years of customer service experience.
• Four to five years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet their needs.
• Works with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and operational excellence.
