Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Preferred: proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and engages clients effectively.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and submit credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet their financial needs.
