Job summary

Unisys is seeking a senior leader to drive client leadership, executive alignment, program delivery and governance across multi‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

You will lead complex, customer‑facing programs from initiation through execution and closure, building trusted relationships with senior client leaders and internal teams to deliver defined outcomes and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years leading complex, customer-facing projects or programs.
• Experience working directly with senior client leaders and internal executives.
• Strong executive communication, planning, governance, financial management, risk, and delivery capabilities.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen including management of scope and financial commitments.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment and resolve cross‑boundary issues.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, facilitation and judgment under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client programs from initiation to closure with accountability for outcomes.
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, change control, escalation paths and leadership forums.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and teams while ensuring commitments and decisions are met.
• Identify unmet client needs and opportunities to expand value with Unisys capabilities.
• Translate delivery and commercial information into actionable business implications and options.
