Job summary

Unisys Corporation is seeking a senior project/program manager to lead large, complex enterprise-level projects across multiple teams and interfaces, ensuring successful delivery and client alignment.

You will represent Unisys to client senior management, identify opportunities with company-wide impact, and oversee initiation, risk assessment, and post-project reviews. A BA/BS with 8+ years of experience is required; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 8+ years' relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.
• Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success.
• Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact.
• Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review.
• Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.
• Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management.
• Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.

Education

BA/BS degree and 8+ years' relevant experience or equivalent combination

Master's degree preferred
