Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships for a portfolio of e-commerce brands and oversee a team of Account Strategists. This is a relationship-first role focused on keeping clients informed, confident, and heard, while guiding strategy and execution alignment across teams.

You will manage 6-8 clients, coach strategists, and partner with leadership to set department KPIs. This fully remote role rewards proactive, system-thinking leadership in a growing agency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience with direct client management.
• Experience mentoring other Account Managers/Strategists.
• Familiarity with paid, organic media or creative concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in an e-commerce context.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 6-8 e-commerce clients with strategy direction and performance oversight.
• Coach and mentor Account Strategists on client communication and proactive management.
• Partner with Performance and Project Management teams for cohesive client experiences.
• Set department KPIs and drive improvements to templates and playbooks.
• Ensure clear, proactive communication and risk mitigation with clients.
