Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner in New York to drive strategic engagements with enterprise brands in the Real Money Gaming space. You’ll manage named accounts, articulate the value of tvScientific, and partner with product and support teams to deliver on revenue goals.

Based in NYC or nearby, you will lead complex deals, mentor teammates, and leverage AI to accelerate research, pipeline strategy, and executive-ready narratives while ensuring compliance with internal data standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or account management in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry.
• Experience selling to enterprise brands in the RMG/prediction market.
• Deep understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, including CTV advertising.
• Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, working with major agencies.
• Ability to drive a complex deal cycle involving multiple stakeholders and vendor review processes (legal, security, procurement).
• Strong leadership abilities to mentor junior professionals and drive team success.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure on complex deals.
• Specialize in the RMG/Prediction industry and understand customer needs.
• Drive revenue through client engagement and manage relationships to support growth.
• Manage increasingly ambitious quotas and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Spend face time with clients and nurture strong relationships.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles including legal, security, or procurement.
• Mentor junior professionals and share knowledge to drive team success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client initiatives.
