Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner in New York, NY or nearby, to drive revenue through strategic management of named accounts in the Real Money Gaming (RMG)/Prediction space. Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales or account management in digital advertising or performance marketing.
• Experience selling to enterprise brands in the RMG/prediction market.
• Deep understanding of digital media and advertising landscape, including CTV advertising.
• Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, working with major agencies.
• Ability to drive a complex deal cycle with multiple stakeholders and vendor review processes (legal, security, procurement).
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and development of junior professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders.
• AI-first sales leadership: using AI to speed up research, pipeline strategy, and executive-ready narratives; validate outputs against source data.
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing; MBA or advanced degree beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on complex deals.
• Specialize in the RMG/Prediction market and understand customer needs.
• Drive revenue through client engagement and managing relationships.
• Manage increasingly ambitious quotas and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Spend face time with clients and prospects to strengthen relationships.
• Handle complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and vendor reviews.
• Mentor junior professionals and share knowledge for team success.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support to ensure seamless client initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics to anticipate needs.
• Use AI to prioritize named accounts and tailor pitches for multi-stakeholder meetings.
